Returns and complaints
RETURNS
Products purchased at Slowment can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. To return a product, please fill out the return form and then send the packaged product to the following address:
Slowment, ul. Aleja Jana Pawła II 30/4, 70-454 Szczecin
A completed returns form must be included with the shipment.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving your shipment. The funds will be refunded to the same payment method used to place your order.
Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
EXCHANGE
At Slowment we do not offer direct exchange of products. If you wish to exchange a product, please make a return according to the above rules and then place a new order in the store.
COMPLAINTS
If the product has a defect, you have the right to file a complaint. Please fill out the complaint form available on our website and send the product you are complaining about to the following address:

We will consider complaints within 14 days of receiving the shipment, and will send a response to the email address you provided.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not accept returns of products that were made to special customer specifications (e.g. weighted blankets, terraforms).
Legal clause Art. 38 The right to withdraw from a contract concluded away from business premises or at a distance does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts:
p.3, in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs;
