Terra Roller

APPLICATION
The roller is an ideal companion in various yoga, pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation positions. It perfectly supports the body in regenerative positions), such as Supta Baddha Konasana (lying position with supported knees) or Balasana (child's position), which helps to relieve tension and relieve the spine. The natural filling made of buckwheat or spelt husk is pliable, providing stability and adjustment to the body, which helps to achieve deeper relaxation. The roller also helps to deepen stretches and supports correct posture, allowing for comfortable performance of more difficult asanas.
CARE
The linen pillowcase, fastened with a zipper, is easy to remove and machine wash. We recommend washing the product at 30°C, using gentle detergents. To maintain the intensity of the color, we recommend drying it away from the sun. Do not tumble dry. The inner filling is not suitable for washing - if it gets wet, just pour it out and dry in a ventilated place. The filling can be adjusted by adding or removing husks, which allows you to adjust the hardness to your own preferences.
